I regularly attend the Tribunal, representing both Claimants and Respondents in all levels of hearings:

– Preliminary Hearings (all types).

– Judicial Mediation.

– Full Merits Hearings.

My trial experience extends to the lengthy and complex and I am no stranger to being in Tribunal for days on end.

My litigation experience and time spent working at law firms has proved particularly useful for case management hearings.
